I moved to this community 9 years ago! I’ve enjoyed guiding yoga practices off and on for 10 years after taking an emersion program in Nelson, British Columbia. Yoga has a Magical way of healing the body and soul. I lead a Hatha-based , alignment -ocused practice, moving with the breath, savoring each poses long enough to build strength and release tension. I believe “energy flows were the mind goes”. Through practicing mindfulness we can guide the flow of our energy, and our thoughts, opening our hearts to invite in everything this amazing universe has to offer!
