UPCOMING EVENTS

Yarn & Yoga with Elena & Laura Monday, March 10th. 6-8pm

Bring your fiber art - knitting, crochet, needle point - and join Laura and Elena on Monday night, March 10th, to spend time together creating a sacred space of art & Slow Down Yoga. Feel free to bring some nibbles to share over the cozy cup of tea. All levels of life are welcome! This opening event is FREE.

Elena (500 hour E-RYT) will lead you through a gentle yoga routine, designed to get the blood flowing and the body and mind ready to settle in for some fiber arts. Laura is a fiber-holic, and has yarn and some needles/hooks to share. A life-time “beginner” at yoga, her meditations often drift into intricate FairIsle patterns and hand spun Leicester wool. We hope you’ll join us with an open mind and leave with a full heart.
